At Vectara, we don’t have a dedicated Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) department. Diversity is not explicitly included in our strategic plans. Yet, our team organically represents a wide range of ages, ethnicities, genders, national origins, religions, and work locations. How is this possible?
